The Esri Advantage Program

Background

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is seeking to enter into a single source contract with the Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (Esri) for the Esri Advantage Program. This program aims to enhance the Department's capabilities in defining and executing geospatial strategies through collaborative engagement with Esri experts.

Work Details

The Esri Advantage Program provides access to key services including: - Technical advisory - Annual planning meetings - A collaboratively developed technical work plan - Exclusive quarterly technology webcasts - Consulting - Premium support - Training services necessary for implementing the latest software solutions under the Department’s Enterprise Agreement for ArcGIS Software. The program is designed to maintain tools and services that enable the development and execution of enterprise-wide geospatial strategies at a statewide level.

Period of Performance

The contract will be effective upon award and will continue as per the terms outlined in the agreement, typically on an annual basis.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed primarily at the Florida Department of Transportation's facilities located in Tallahassee, FL.

Bidder Requirements

This is a single source acquisition; therefore, no competitive bidding process is required. The justification for this procurement is based on Esri being the sole source provider of all U.S. domestic based Advantage Programs.
