Scope of Work

The contract work involves comprehensive grounds maintenance for parks, playgrounds, and other city-owned properties. The required services include: - Turf mowing and turf maintenance - Maintenance of all landscape beds All maintenance locations are specified in the Bid Proposal available in OpenGov. The Awardee or their subcontractor must use only the highest quality materials and workmanship, as directed by the Parks and Recreation Department representative.

Background

Contract Requirements

The Awardee is responsible for furnishing all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and any other resources required to perform and complete the maintenance work. All work must be performed: - In a manner that prioritizes the safety of life and property - To the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department representative - In strict compliance with the specifications outlined in the Award The Awardee must also: - Maintain and clean up the work area during and after maintenance activities - Pay all costs incidental to the work - Repair or restore, at their own expense, any structures, property, plant material, or fixtures damaged or disturbed during the course of the work
