Background

MHMR Tarrant County is initiating this competitive process under Invitation to Bid (ITB #26-017) to secure reliable HVAC services for its facilities. This process is intended to ensure the best value and service quality for the organization.

Contract Requirements

All bids must be sealed and comply with the requirements outlined in the bid documents. Bidders must demonstrate experience in HVAC services and comply with all applicable regulations.

Submission Instructions

Sealed bids must be submitted to the MHMR PURCHASING DEPARTMENT, located at 3840 Hulen St, Suite 106, Fort Worth, TX 76107, no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 28, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened at that time.
