Work Details

The awarded contractor will provide comprehensive mowing and landscaping services at specified locations including Crossroads Park, West Temple Park, Freedom Park, Von Rosenberg Park, Freedom Village Park, and Oaks of Westwood. Services include bi-weekly mowing during the growing season (March-November) and monthly mowing during the non-growing season (December-February). Additional tasks include: - Edging pathways - Blowing hard surfaces - Maintaining tree wells and landscape beds - Trimming shrubs monthly or as needed - Weed control using commercial-grade methods - Ensuring all designated drainage areas are maintained. The contractor must also manage chemical applications for weed control and fire ant treatments as specified in the RFP.

Period of Performance

Bidder Requirements
