The City of Leesburg is seeking a qualified and experienced design-build firm to provide comprehensive, turn-key services for the following: - Design, permitting, and construction of eight (8) to twelve (12) lighted pickleball courts with permanent posts. - Development of a well-planned connection between park features at the project site. - Resurfacing of four (4) tennis courts located at the corner of South Palmetto Street and Woodward Street. This project will require the selected firm to provide all labor, administration, design, equipment, materials, permitting, and construction necessary to complete the work. Who is Requesting: The City of Leesburg is the entity requesting proposals for this project.

Background

This solicitation is issued under the Consultant's Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) as a one-time contract for the development of the Palmetto Pickleball Complex, located on South Palmetto Street (see Attachment A Palmetto Pickleball Complex Site). The project aims to enhance recreational facilities by adding new pickleball courts and improving existing tennis courts.

Contract Requirements

The successful respondent will be responsible for: - Turn-key delivery of the design, permitting, and construction of the pickleball courts and related park connections. - Resurfacing four existing tennis courts. - Ensuring all work meets applicable codes and standards.
