Comprehensive Freight Forwarding, Management & Customs Brokerage Services

Background

Texas A&M University is seeking proposals from qualified firms to establish a pool of vendors for Comprehensive Freight Forwarding, Management & Customs Brokerage Services. The resulting agreements will be available for use by all Texas A&M System members, supporting their mission to provide comprehensive and efficient logistical services.

Work Details

The contract includes the provision of comprehensive freight forwarding services, management of logistics, and customs brokerage services. Vendors will be responsible for ensuring timely and compliant transportation of goods, managing documentation, and facilitating customs clearance processes for shipments associated with Texas A&M University and its system members.

Period of Performance

The contract period is expected to commence upon award and will continue for a specified duration as outlined in the final agreement. Proposals are due by June 15, 2026.

Place of Performance

Services will primarily be performed in locations relevant to Texas A&M University operations, including but not limited to College Station, TX.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be listed on the State of Texas Centralized Master Bidders List (CMBL) or have expressed interest in bid opportunities from Texas A&M University. Registration as a bidder within the AggieBid system is required to respond to this solicitation.
