ACA Reporting Services

Background

The Scottsdale Unified School District #48, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona and Maricopa County, serves approximately 22,000 students and employs around 3,800 staff across 29 school locations. The district is seeking to establish a contract for ACA Reporting Services to ensure compliance with IRS requirements regarding employee health coverage reporting.

Work Details

The selected firm will be responsible for processing 1095C forms for approximately 3,300 Qualified Individuals within the district. The services required include: - Providing a database that can be updated weekly by the district; - Ensuring compliance with IRS electronic filing procedures; - Delivering PDF files of the completed 1095C forms to the district. The billing structure will involve charging half of the annual fee per qualified individual upon determination of the number of qualified individuals, with the remaining half due after IRS filing.

Period of Performance

The initial contract period is from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with an option to renew for up to four additional years on a year-to-year basis based on performance and costs.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed at Scottsdale Unified School District locations in Scottsdale, Arizona.
