Network & Fiber Optic Services

Background

The Parkway School District is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide network and fiber optic services at various locations district-wide. The goal of this contract is to enhance the telecommunications infrastructure within the district to support its educational mission.

Work Details

The work includes: 1) Installation of new telecommunications systems. 2) Repair, relocation, removal, or replacement of telecommunications systems including receptacles, junction boxes, cable trays, raceways, and wiring. 3) Installation of new telecommunications equipment. 4) Repair, relocation, removal, or replacement of telecommunications equipment including equipment racks, switches, and hubs. 5) Other work associated with telecommunications systems as directed by the Owner through a Work Order.

Period of Performance

The anticipated start date for the contract is June 11, 2026, with substantial completion expected on or before June 11, 2027.

Place of Performance

Various locations within the Parkway School District.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must submit a Contractor's Qualification Statement (AIA Document A305) along with their bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds covering the faithful performance of the contract and payment of all obligations arising thereunder.
