Contract Requirements

All work must be performed, placed, constructed, or installed in accordance with the plans and specifications provided for the project.

Instructions on Submission

Bid information and all project documents are available for examination at the General Services Administration office, located at 12200-B Airport Road, Martell, CA, 95654, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:45 p.m., Monday through Friday. The office can be reached at (209) 223-6375. Alternatively, documents may be downloaded at no charge from the Public Purchase site at www.publicpurchase.com/amadorco,ca. If obtaining physical Bid Document sets, a $40.00 non-refundable deposit per set is required. Sealed bids must be submitted to the General Services Administration by one of the following methods: - Via U.S. Mail: 12200-B Airport Road, Jackson, CA 95642-9527 - In-person delivery: 12200-B Airport Road, Martell, CA 95654 Bids will be accepted until 1:30 PM on Thursday, June 18, 2026. At that time, bids will be opened and read in the office of the Director of General Services Administration at the Martell address listed above. The official local time is determined by the clock in the General Services Administration office. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
