Scope of Work

The contract work involves comprehensive grounds maintenance services for parks, playgrounds, and other city-owned properties. The required services include: - Turf mowing and turf maintenance - Maintenance of all landscape beds All maintenance activities must be performed using only the highest quality materials and workmanship, as directed by a representative from the Parks and Recreation Department. The Awardee is responsible for furnishing all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and any other means required to properly perform and complete the maintenance work. The Awardee must ensure that all work is conducted in a manner that prioritizes the safety of life and property, and meets the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department representative. Work must strictly adhere to the specifications outlined in the Award. During maintenance, the Awardee is required to maintain a clean work area and is responsible for all associated costs. Any structures, property, plant material, or fixtures damaged or disturbed during the course of work must be repaired or restored by the Awardee at their own expense.
