Cummins Engines and Chassis System Repair for BCT Bus Fleet (FTA)

Work Requested

This contract seeks vendors to provide a comprehensive range of services for the Broward County Transportation Department's BCT Bus Fleet, specifically: - Repair, rebuild, exchange, and maintenance services for existing Cummins engines, performed by an authorized Cummins Sales & Services facility - Chassis system repair services, delivered by a licensed motor vehicle repair vendor All work must be completed in accordance with the provided Specifications and Requirements.

Background

- Vendors must possess all necessary County and State licenses - Compliance with Federal Transit Administration (FTA) requirements is mandatory

Instructions on Submission

Vendors are required to submit their responses electronically through BPRO and must obtain a Submission Receipt. It is the sole responsibility of each vendor to ensure their complete response is submitted and received in BPRO by the designated closing date and time. Late submissions will not be considered. Although BPRO designates some items as "optional," all documents and information, whether marked as "required" or "optional," are relevant to the evaluation process. Vendors are strongly encouraged to provide all files at the time of submittal to facilitate a timely and comprehensive review. There is a specified period during which vendors may submit questions or seek clarifications regarding the solicitation. All inquiries must be submitted through BPRO by the stated Questions due date. The County will respond to all questions in the BPRO Messages section. Office of Economic and Small Business Development requirements do not apply to this solicitation.
