The City of North Charleston is seeking contractors for the resurfacing and site improvements of multiple parking lots and roadways surrounding the North Charleston Coliseum and Performing Arts Center. Work Details

The project involves resurfacing multiple parking lots and roadways, which will be divided into sections and constructed in phases to maintain partial access. Additionally, an existing gravel lot will be converted into a fully improved parking facility using a design-build delivery method. This includes the installation of asphalt pavement, curbing, and drainage infrastructure. Coordination with the City of North Charleston is required to accommodate upcoming events during the contract duration.

Bidder Requirements

Bids must include a Bid Bond equal to at least 5% of the total bid amount as a guarantee for executing the required Agreement if accepted. A 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond must also be provided. Checks will not be accepted.
