Background The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15 (NCO 15) is seeking sources to provide Medical Carts with Bar Code Medication Administration (BCMA) Mounting. The Saint Louis VA Healthcare System (STLVAHCS) aims to enhance its BCMA equipment system by adding additional carts to meet outpatient clinic orders. Work Details The contract requires the provision of the following items: - 60 SlimCart ASM No Storage (Part Number: 1970514) - 60 SlimCart Laptop Security Bar (Part Number: 207057) - 60 SlimCart Left Bin (Part Number: 207064) - 60 SlimCart Right Scanner Shelf with Holes (Part Number: 207069). Key requirements and salient characteristics include: - Carts must have no network connectivity. - Must be serviceable by VA Staff. - Capable of being cleaned with standard facility cleaners and wipes. - Must support current computers/laptops. General construction specifications include: - Height-adjustable design with locking wheel casters. - Medical-grade construction for continuous use. - Support for modular accessories such as PIV Reader, Antenna, Integration Kit, Electronic signature Pad, Cup Dispenser, Sani-Wipe Holders, BCMA Scanner, Computers/Monitors, Mouse and Keyboard, Batteries, and Sharps Container.
