Background The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for a Fully Automated Core Laboratory System, Cost-Per-Reportable (CPRR) for automation clinical chemistry and immunodiagnostic testing system for Martin Army Community Hospital (MACH), located at Fort Benning, Georgia. The goal of this contract is to provide advanced laboratory testing capabilities to support the healthcare needs of military personnel and their families. Work Details The contractor shall provide the following under the contract: 1. Two (2) Clinical Chemistry Analyzers and two (2) Immunodiagnostic systems that are FDA approved and utilize FDA approved software for testing reagents. 2. All costs associated with the Cost-Per-Reportable Result shall be included in the price for leasing the Automation Clinical Chemistry and Immunodiagnostic testing systems, reagents, and consumables. 3. The contractor must supply training, supplies, reagents, controls, consumables, maintenance (unscheduled preventative), telephonic assistance, and installation at no additional cost. 4. Monthly invoicing is required. 5. The systems must be capable of performing all tests listed in the test requirements at each CLIN line of the solicitation.
