Background The United States Air Force (USAF) is seeking to perform facility renovation services at Building 350, Bay A, Robins AFB, GA. The objective is to convert an old warehouse area into a safe, sanitary, and functional breakroom area for AMRAAM and other EBU personnel. This acquisition aims to enhance the work environment for USAF employees who face time constraints during lunch and scheduled breaks due to the high-security nature of the facility. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Remove old security hardware devices, electrical power wiring, and conduit; 2. Remove extruding metal hardware; 3. Perform wall, door, and ceiling refinishing and painting; 4. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and tools necessary for the completion of these tasks; 5. Ensure compliance with Robins AFB Facility Codes during demolition; 6. Repair and refinish all wall surfaces damaged during demolition; 7. Clean all wall surfaces and the concrete deck ceiling thoroughly; 8. Paint all identified areas with specified products including one base coat of primer and two coats of finish topcoat paint; 9. Follow specific paint specifications for walls, doors, frames, and ceilings as outlined in the technical requirements.
