Background The National Park Service, Contracting Operations East, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for the Fort Donelson National Battlefield. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary services and supporting activities for the design, shop drawing submittal and resubmittal, fabrication, and delivery of replacement park entrance signs. This initiative aims to replace deteriorated identification signs in Stewart County, TN, and Calloway County, KY. Work Details The contractor is required to fabricate and ship four (4) park signs as detailed below: 1. **CLIN 0010**: Fabricate and ship 2 ID signs for Fort Donelson National Battlefield. - Material: Single Sided HDPE Plastic (or COR Approved Equal) with Routed Graphics. - Include mounting hardware for installation on existing brick base. 2. **CLIN 0020**: Fabricate and ship 3 ID signs for Fort Heiman and one blank back panel. - Material: Single Sided HDPE Plastic (or COR Approved Equal) with Routed Graphics and an embedded full-color Routed HDPE Plastic Arrowhead. - Include mounting hardware. 3. **CLIN 0030**: Fabricate and ship 1 ID sign for Dover Hotel with modification to read 'Dover Hotel – Surrender House' and one blank back panel. - Material: Single Sided HDPE Plastic (or COR Approved Equal) with Routed Graphics and an embedded full-color Routed HDPE Plastic Arrowhead. - Include mounting hardware. 4. **CLIN 0040**: Fabricate and ship 1 ID sign for Fort Donelson National Cemetery with one blank back panel. - Material: Single Sided HDPE Plastic (or COR Approved Equal) with Routed Graphics and an embedded full-color Routed HDPE Plastic Arrowhead. - Include mounting hardware. Period of Performance The period of performance for this contract is from June 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. Place of Performance The signs will be delivered to Fort Donelson National Battlefield located at 205 Fort Donelson Shores Drive, Dover, TN 37058.
