Background The 2-218th Field Artillery Battalion, part of the 41st Infantry Brigade Combat Team (IBCT), is issuing this contract to provide catered meal services in support of their Annual Training (AT) at Yakima Training Center. The goal is to ensure that the Oregon Army National Guard (ORARNG) receives high-quality meals during their training period from June 18 to June 24, 2026. Work Details The contractor is required to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary for the catered meal services. Specific tasks include: 1. Delivering and setting up equipment for catered meals at two locations within the Yakima Training Center. 2. Location 1: Meals will be served from June 18 to June 21, 2026, in a field environment down range. 3. Location 2: Meals will be served from June 22 to June 24, 2026, at a Dining Facility (DFAC) area on the cantonment site (exact location TBD). 4. The contractor must ensure that both training locations are set up and ready for occupancy by the unit with Military Grid Reference System (MGRS) coordinates provided.
