Sunnyside Clinic Remodel

Background

Clackamas County, through its Board of County Commissioners, is issuing an Invitation to Bid for the Sunnyside Clinic Remodel Project. The project aims to enhance the facilities at the Sunnyside Clinic located in Clackamas County, Oregon. The estimated cost for this public improvement project is $1,944,925.00.

Work Details

The work includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and services necessary for the completion of construction work as described in the Project Manual. This encompasses but is not limited to: a) remodeling of existing structures; b) installation of new fixtures and fittings; c) compliance with prevailing wage rates as per ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870; d) adherence to specifications outlined in the bidding documents including plans and drawings.

Period of Performance

The contract work is expected to commence upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed and must reach substantial completion by December 15, 2026. Final completion is due by December 31, 2026.

Place of Performance

The project will be performed at the Sunnyside Clinic located at 9775 SE Sunnyside Road, Suite 200 Clackamas, Oregon 97015.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB) and disclose their registration number. They are required to submit a bid security equal to ten percent (10%) of their total bid amount. Additionally, bidders must comply with Good Faith Effort requirements aimed at engaging Minority, Women, and Emerging Small Businesses (M/W/ESB). All bids must be submitted electronically via Bid Locker by June 11, 2026.
