Period of Performance

The contract period is expected to commence upon acceptance of the quotation and will continue until all items are delivered and accepted by the City or until May 5th of the year following the RFQ closing date.

Place of Performance

The products will be delivered to designated locations within Los Angeles County as specified in individual purchase orders issued under this contract.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be authorized distributors of the specified products from Ray Allen Manufacturing and must submit proof of authorization with their quotation response.
