Background

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon acceptance by the Purchasing Agent and will remain in effect until the delivery of the specified quantity is completed. The desired delivery timeframe is within 1 calendar day after receipt of orders.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be authorized distributors for the specified product. They are required to submit a notice issued and signed by the manufacturer confirming their status as authorized distributors. Additionally, bidders must comply with various ordinances including but not limited to the Equal Benefits Ordinance, Non-Discrimination/Equal Employment Practices Affidavit, and Contractor Responsibility Ordinance. Bidders should also indicate if they are certified as Small Local Businesses (SLB) or Local Business Enterprises (LBE) for potential bid preferences.
