Background

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil & Gas Resources Management is seeking bids for the procurement of new Freefly Alta X Gen2 drones and associated accessories. The goal of this contract is to enhance operational capabilities in managing oil and gas resources.

Work Details

The contractor must provide the following items: 1) Freefly Alta X Gen2 (NDAA) - 1 unit (SKU: 950-00174) 2) Alta X Gen2 12S Flight Battery - 6 units (SKU: 910-00898) 3) Tattu TA3200 Dual-Channel Smart Charger for Alta X Gen2 - 2 units (SKU: 910-00901) 4) Protective Case for Alta X - 1 unit (SKU: 860-00118) 5) Spare Parts Kit for Alta X - 1 unit (SKU: 910-0042) 6) CW Single Motor Propeller Set with ActiveBlade - 1 unit (SKU: 910-00703). All items must be new and no substitutions will be accepted.

Period of Performance

The contract performance period is expected to conclude by June 30, 2026.
