Background

Tualatin Valley Water District (District), acting as the Managing Agency for the Willamette Water Supply System (WWSS), is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of Carbon Dioxide (CO2) in bulk quantities for use at the WWSS Water Treatment Plant (WTP). The goal of this contract is to ensure a reliable supply of CO2 for water treatment processes.

Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for supplying and delivering Carbon Dioxide (CO2) in bulk quantities to the WWSS Water Treatment Plant. The contract includes various exhibits detailing technical specifications, scope of work, transportation and delivery plans, and chemical custody forms. Specific requirements include compliance with NSF/ANSI Standard 60, provision of Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and adherence to a Transportation Plan. The contractor must also provide documentation demonstrating compliance with all relevant regulations.

Period of Performance

The contract will have an initial term of one year, with automatic renewals for three additional one-year terms unless either party provides written notice of intent not to renew by July 1 prior to the October 1 anniversary date.
