Background

The State of Ohio, under the leadership of Governor Mike DeWine, is focused on retaining and creating jobs within the state. The contract for the UVDI-360 UV-C Light Disinfection Robot aims to enhance infection control in hospitals by utilizing advanced UV-C technology to sanitize rooms and reduce harmful microorganisms such as C. difficile, VRE, and MRSA. This initiative aligns with the state's commitment to improving public health and safety in medical facilities.

Work Details

The contractor will provide a UVDI-360 with Smart Connect™: UV-C Light Disinfection Robot fully operational for advanced room sanitization. The contract includes: - Access to a digital hub for operational management. - A 3-year maintenance plan following OEM guidelines, which includes: - Calibration of the robot. - Replacement of bulbs (one set). - Replacement of filters (one set). - Customer support services throughout the contract duration. - A comprehensive 5-year warranty covering all damages and failures associated with the robot.

Period of Performance

The contract is expected to commence on May 8, 2026, with an inquiry end date of May 28, 2026.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at Franklin Medical Center located at 1990 Harmon Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43223.

Bidder Requirements

Contractors must affirm their understanding of Executive Orders prohibiting offshore services and disclose all locations where services will be performed or where state data will be accessed or stored. This includes providing details about subcontractors if applicable.
