Background

The State of Oregon, through the Department of State Police, is seeking to establish a long-term price agreement for the procurement of breath alcohol testing supplies. This includes calibration dry gas, repair parts, and consumables necessary for the operation and maintenance of CMI Intoxilyzers. Work Details

The contractor will provide the following goods and services under this agreement: - Calibration dry gas for breath alcohol testing devices. - Repair parts necessary for the maintenance and operation of CMI Intoxilyzers. - Consumables required for the functioning of these devices. The specific items, quantities, and pricing details are outlined in Exhibit A of the contract documents.

Period of Performance

The initial term of this agreement will commence on the effective date of signing and will last for five years. The agency has an option to extend this agreement for an additional five years, making a total potential duration of ten years.

The performance location is primarily within the State of Oregon, where the Department of State Police operates.

Bidder Requirements
