Work Requested

The contract work involves comprehensive roadway rehabilitation and streetscape improvements. The scope of work includes: - Asphalt milling, patching, and paving - Excavation and restoration of roadway, alley, and concrete surfaces - Utility structure adjustments and drainage inlet modifications - Reconstruction of curbs, gutters, sidewalks, drive approaches, and concrete medians - Landscaping restoration, irrigation repairs, and erosion control measures - Traffic control and installation of signage - Application of pavement markings and thermoplastic striping - Installation of ADA-compliant detectable warning plates for pedestrian improvements Who is Requesting: This solicitation is issued for the 2026 City Overlay #1 project.

Background

This project aims to enhance the safety, functionality, and appearance of city roadways and pedestrian areas through targeted rehabilitation and streetscape upgrades.

Contract Requirements
