The Recreation and Parks Commission for the Parish of East Baton Rouge (BREC) operates and manages 186 parks, including the Independence Park Theatre (IPT). BREC must be named as an additional insured on these policies. Contractors must also maintain necessary licenses and permits as required by Louisiana law.
