Background The Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Division of Acquisitions is issuing this solicitation for Speech Therapy Services at Bread Springs Day School. The goal is to provide necessary speech therapy services to support the educational needs of students during the school year 2026-2027, with options for additional years. The contract is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE). Work Details The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to deliver Speech Therapist Services at Bread Springs Day School. This includes: - Providing in-person speech therapy services for students with special education needs. - Delivering services over a school year consisting of 180 days, with an estimated total of 1,808 hours including regular sessions and additional hours for parent-teacher conferences and summer compensatory education services. - Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards related to speech therapy. - Submitting invoices electronically through the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Internet Payment Platform System (IPP). - Monitoring and evaluating contractor performance through administrative reviews and assessments. Period of Performance Base Year: August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027; Option Year 1: August 1, 2027, to July 31, 2028; Option Year 2: August 1, 2028, to July 31, 2029.
