Background on the Contract

This solicitation is for the Road District No. 2 - 2026 Roadway Improvements project. Bids will be received at the Avoyelles Parish Court House, 2nd Floor, Meeting Room, located at 312 N. Main Street, Marksville, LA 71351. The deadline for submission is June 3, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. local time, at which time all received bids will be publicly opened and read.

- The work includes reconstruction and/or asphaltic concrete overlay of various roads within the specified district. - Bidding Documents are available at the Issuing Office: Delta Engineering Group, LLC

Box 8 Mansura, LA 71350 (318) 739-0145 - Documents can be examined or obtained Monday through Thursday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., and Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 2:30 P.M. - Partial sets of Bidding Documents are not available. - Printed copies may be obtained for a $200 deposit per set. - Bidders returning full sets of Bidding Documents in good condition within 10 days after bid receipt will receive a full refund. - Non-bidders and bidders obtaining more than one set will receive a $100 refund for documents returned in good condition.
