Work Details

The awarded vendor will provide a complete turnkey solution that includes: - Delivery and installation of one secure legal mail kiosk or equivalent system unit, with future scalability. - A secure electronic legal mail platform. - Encryption and secure transmission capabilities. - PIN-based inmate authentication. - Direct print functionality for legal mail. - Sender verification and credential validation. - Ongoing software licensing. - Technical support and maintenance services. - Remote diagnostics and monitoring. - Staff training and implementation support. The system must ensure end-to-end encrypted communications, compliance with legal requirements, secure authentication, digital proof-of-delivery confirmation, and 24/7 system monitoring.

Period of Performance
