Background

The City of Spokane Parks Department is initiating this Request for Information (RFI) to solicit responses from companies that provide Fair Market Value (FMV) leasing options for Parks and/or Golf equipment, primarily mowers. The goal of this RFI is to explore the potential for FMV leases as a financially prudent alternative to traditional finance leases or purchase options.

The City seeks information on FMV leasing programs specifically for Parks and Golf equipment, with a focus on mowers. Proposers are encouraged to provide detailed descriptions of their leasing options, including terms under which equipment can be returned, renewed, or purchased at predetermined market values. Bidder Requirements

The City encourages participation from firms certified by the Washington State Office of Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises (OMWBE). Respondents must submit their proposals electronically through the City’s ProcureWare online procurement system. All communication must be directed through the designated RFI Coordinator.
