This is a non-personal services contract to provide zipline/suspended rope bridge training support of Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) Marseilles. The contractor shall provide all associated equipment and trained staff to conduct zipline/suspended rope bridge training as specified herein, for JCLC Camp Marseilles. Resource working group will occur on 8 June 2026 and the training event will occur on 23-24 June 2026. The contractor shall provide services in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this PWS.

Background This contract is issued by the United States Cadet Command to provide zipline and suspended rope bridge training support for the Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) at Camp Marseilles. The goal of this contract is to enhance the leadership, critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills of cadets participating in the JCLC encampment. The training will be integrated into the annual encampment to improve the overall experience of cadets attending. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, management, supervision, and labor necessary for full-service support of zipline and suspended rope bridge training for a maximum of 225 cadets. Specific tasks include: 1. Conducting two days of training on 23-24 June 2026. 2. Providing six ziplines and two suspended rope bridges with safety guides for each group. 3. Attending a resource working group with JROTC leadership on 8 June 2026 for planning coordination. 4. Ensuring a minimum of two trained guides per zipline and suspension bridge during training execution. 5. Conducting safety inspections of all equipment prior to training sessions. Place of Performance The services will be performed within 50 miles of the Marseilles Training Center located at 1700 Army Rd, Marseilles, IL 61341.
