Background The U.S. Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service (USDA NRCS) has a requirement for Easement Restoration and Emergency Watershed Protection services, specifically focusing on Obstruction Removal and Disturbed Land Revegetation in South Dakota. The goal of this contract is to support the agency's mission in managing natural resources effectively and responding to watershed emergencies. This Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is anticipated to last five years, with task orders issued based on government needs. Deliverables must comply with the current versions of various technical documents including the Site specific Wetland Reserve Plan of Operations (WRPO), Agricultural Conservation Easement Program (ACEP) Manual, and Field Office Technical Guide SD, among others. Period of Performance The contract will be performed over a five-year period, starting from June 1, 2026, with specific task orders having their own defined periods of performance.
