Inspecting, quoting, and repairing the THINMAN leveler (manufacture ID Serial number 20jc720058C) and hydraulic docking plate as per the Statement of Work (SOW). 2. Providing any mounting stations, equipment, and materials necessary for the functionality of the dock and leveler. 3. Inspecting existing pistons/velocity fuses and flow control valves; installing new weather strips as required. 4. Providing professional installation and hydraulic services to connect units to existing electrical systems. 5. Ensuring that equivalent products meet specified requirements detailed in the SOW. The contractor must have a documented history of installing/performing maintenance on this type of equipment and must present a license to perform repairs before contract award. Period of Performance The installation shall not exceed 7 calendar days from the start of the project. Normal hours of operation for service are Monday through Friday from 0630 to 1600, excluding federal holidays.
