Re-Bid Vehicle Wrapping Services

Background

The State Fiscal Accountability Authority (SFAA) is issuing this solicitation on behalf of South Carolina State University (SCSU) to establish a contract for vehicle wrapping services. The goal is to provide branding and marketing support through the design, production, and installation of vehicle wraps that enhance the visibility and identity of the University within the community.

Work Details

The contractor will provide on-call vehicle wrapping services, which include: 1. **Design Services**: - Translate provided design concepts into production-ready layouts for specific vehicle models. - Ensure compliance with SCSU brand standards including colors, typography, and logo placement. - Prepare detailed digital proofs for approval prior to production. 2. **Production and Installation**: - Print approved designs using weather-resistant vinyl materials. - Apply protective laminate to ensure durability against environmental wear. - Remove existing graphics as necessary and prepare vehicle surfaces for installation. 3. **Materials**: - Use 3M™ Cast Digital Vinyl IJ175 or an approved comparable product with specific performance characteristics. 4. **Deliverables**: - Provide final production-ready files, completed wrap installations, warranty documentation, and maintenance instructions.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence on July 1, 2026, and will run until June 30, 2029, with an initial one-year term and two optional one-year renewals.

Place of Performance

All services will be performed at South Carolina State University located at 300 College Street, Orangeburg, South Carolina 29117.

Bidder Requirements

Offerors must have a state vendor number to submit an offer and must demonstrate that all technicians providing services are certified installers for the brand vinyl being offered under the contract.
