Printing of First Grade Student Guide

Background

The Missouri Department of Conservation is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) MDC 0000000195SL for the printing of a First Grade Student Guide. The Department's mission is to protect and manage the fish, forest, and wildlife resources of the state, serve the public, and facilitate their participation in resource management activities. This contract aims to provide educational materials that support these objectives.

Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for printing 15,000 copies of a 156-page publication titled 'First Grade Student Guide DNS005'. The specifications include: - Final trimmed size: 8.5 inches by 11 inches - Binding: Spiral bound with clear plastic coil along the 11-inch edge - Paper stock: White 80-pound matte book/satin for text and 100-pound white gloss for cover - Printing process: Four-color process with full bleeds throughout on a web offset press with a line screen of at least 133. - Delivery must be made to Dock 4 at the Department of Conservation, Jefferson City, MO within twenty (20) business days after receipt of materials from the Department. Each carton must be labeled appropriately and packed securely.

Period of Performance

The contract period will begin upon award and continue through June 30, 2026.

Place of Performance

The printing services will be performed within the continental United States, with delivery to Jefferson City, Missouri.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be registered in MissouriBUYS to be considered for contract award. Additionally, bidders are required to comply with state tax compliance regulations and provide a 'Vendor No Tax Due' certificate issued by the Missouri Department of Revenue prior to award. Participation commitments to Organizations for the Blind/Sheltered Workshops must also be met as part of this contract.
