Background The Barksdale Global Power Museum is seeking to restore two static display aircraft, an Avro Vulcan and a KC-97. The mission aims to apply new paint and conduct minor repairs to stabilize the airframes, specifically addressing water intrusion and corrosion. This restoration is intended to maintain a high-quality display appearance for public viewing and educational purposes. Work Details The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, parts, and labor necessary for the painting of the static display aircraft.
