Vehicle Upfitting

Background

The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for Vehicle Upfitting. The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract in the form of a purchase order to supply the State of New Hampshire with specified vehicle upfitting services.

Work Details

The contract involves providing vehicle upfitting services as detailed in the Offer section of the bid invitation. This includes all necessary equipment and labor to modify vehicles according to state specifications. Vendors must ensure that all equipment/items offered are new, not used or refurbished, and meet or exceed the required specifications. The successful vendor will be required to warranty all equipment for a period of not less than one year from the date items are received and accepted by the State.

Period of Performance

The delivery of items must be completed within 90 days after receipt of Purchase Order.

Place of Performance

Delivery is to be made to a designated state agency's receiving dock or other specified locations within New Hampshire as indicated in the F.O.B. section.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in New Hampshire and have a completed Vendor Application Package on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to bid award. All bids must include pricing information in the Offer section, and vendors are required to provide itemized invoices upon delivery.
