Background

The Missouri Department of Conservation is seeking quotations for the lease of office space in Elsberry, Missouri. The goal of this contract is to provide a facility from which the Department can deliver services to citizens and conduct its business effectively. Work Details

The contractor will provide 3,994 net rentable square feet of leased office space located within five (5) miles of Elsberry, MO. The breakdown of required space includes: - 1,044 square feet for office use - 200 square feet for climate-controlled storage - 2,750 square feet for non-climate-controlled storage The lease will commence on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027, with options for four (4) one-year renewals. The facility must accommodate at least seven employees and include a unisex restroom, a conference room, and adequate parking spaces (17 total with at least one accessible). All costs associated with providing the required office space must be included in the stated prices.

Period of Performance

The initial lease period will begin on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027. There are options to renew the lease for four additional one-year periods.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be registered in MissouriBUYS to be considered for contract award. They must also provide a 'Vendor No Tax Due' certificate issued by the Missouri Department of Revenue prior to award.
