Work Details

The contractor will provide a cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS) designed to replace the existing open-source platform, Moodle. The solution will be Software as a Service (SaaS) with high availability, security, and regulatory compliance. Services include: - Provisioning, hosting, and maintenance of the LMS - Configuration and implementation services - Integration with institutional systems - Migration of course content from the incumbent LMS - Training and change management services - Ongoing support and system enhancements. The LMS must support core capabilities such as course creation, delivery, and management.

Period of Performance

The estimated contract period is from July 15, 2026 to July 14, 2033, consisting of an initial one-year term with six additional one-year options.
