INF - Fire System 5yr Maintenance

Background

Lincoln Electric System (LES) is seeking bids for parts and services necessary to complete a 5-year preventative maintenance on the Marioff fire system. This contract aims to ensure compliance with LES specifications and maintain the operational integrity of the fire system.

Work Details

The successful bidder will be required to provide parts and services for the Marioff fire system as per LES specifications. This includes completing the LES Standard Services Contract, furnishing proof of insurance with specified coverage from a licensed insurance company in Nebraska, and ensuring that LES is listed as an additional insured party. The contractor must also complete the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Form.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed over a 5-year period, starting from the date of contract execution.

Place of Performance

The work will be performed at locations designated by Lincoln Electric System in Nebraska.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must provide proof of insurance with coverage specified in the contract, including general liability with LES listed as additional insured and a waiver of subrogation. They must also comply with local laws and regulations, including obtaining necessary permits and registrations with the Nebraska Department of Revenue.
