The goal of this project is to extend the lifespan of the restroom facility, which is a historically significant structure. Work Details The scope of work includes targeted maintenance tasks such as: 1. Electrical component replacements including demolition and replacement of heater/exhaust/light units, ensuring minimal disturbance to historic fabric. 2. Installation of new light/exhaust/heater combination units with specific performance requirements (minimum 110 CFM exhaust capacity, low noise). 3. Replacement of existing electrical panels in compliance with current codes, utilizing existing conduit where possible. 4. Installation of user-friendly switches for ventilation control that comply with ADA standards. 5. Ensuring all work adheres to applicable codes and standards while maintaining the historical character of the building.
