Background The National Park Service (NPS), specifically the Pacific West Region (PWR) in Honolulu, Hawaii, is issuing a solicitation for roofing materials as part of the HAVO FY26 project. The goal of this contract is to procure necessary roofing materials to support maintenance and repairs at Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, ensuring the integrity and safety of park facilities.
