Background The Naval Surface Warfare Center - Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) is seeking qualified sources for Mission Module Engineering and Technical Support. NSWC PCD's Modular Integration Division leads engineering, analysis, and planning support for modularization of off-board systems in littoral warfare. The contract aims to provide comprehensive engineering, technical, and logistics support for the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Mission Modules program. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for: 1. Developing a Safety Plan that includes mishap analysis and reporting procedures. 2. Managing Government Furnished Property (GFP) and providing status reports. 3. Supporting travel requirements to various locations including Washington, DC; San Diego, CA; Mayport, FL; Bahrain; and other CONUS/OCONUS locations as needed. 4. Purchasing items directly related to the task order with prior approval for purchases over $5,000. 5. Providing access to Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) System with necessary training and security clearances. 6. Executing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) for access to non-public information. 7. Maintaining a personnel roster of all employees assigned to the contract with regular updates. 8. Delivering data as per the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL). 9. Ensuring compliance with security protocols for classified information up to SECRET level and safeguarding Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). 10. Conducting operations security (OPSEC) measures to protect critical information. Period of Performance The anticipated contract has a base period of twelve months with four option periods of twelve months each.
