Work Details The contractor will provide all labor, necessary equipment, and supplies required to complete janitorial services at the Mio Ranger District Office and an additional building. Services include: - Daily cleaning tasks three times per week after 4:30 p.m. for the office building (10,000 sq. ft., two levels) which includes six multi-stall bathrooms, private offices, conference rooms, and a breakroom. - Weekly cleaning for the West Barn (5,000 sq. ft., one level) which contains a gym and lab. - Daily restroom services including cleaning fixtures with disinfectants, replenishing supplies like paper towels and soap, and maintaining cleanliness standards. - Space cleaning tasks such as sweeping/mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, cleaning lunchroom areas, low dusting to a height of seven feet, and emptying waste containers daily. - Semi-annual and annual services scheduled in February, May, August, and November. - The contractor must submit a Custodial Work Schedule Plan within 15 days of contract award for approval by the COR.
