This notice is intended strictly for market research to determine the availability of Indian Small Businesses Economic Enterprise (ISBEE), Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. The anticipated applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 621991 Blood and Organ Banks. 1.0 OBJECTIVE The primary objective is to procure blook bank services for the Cheyenne River Health Center 2.0 SCOPE The Cheyenne River Health Center Laboratory Department, permanent staff, provide up to a certain level of expertise for blood bank services. This service supports those duties by providing blood component supply by offering higher level testing services that are unavailable at the local level. The primary purpose of this contract is to provide Blood Units and Blood Components for the Cheyenne River Health Center 3.0 CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS/ AND PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS

In compliance with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) M-15-19 memorandum Improving Government Efficiency and Saving Taxpayer Dollars Through Electronic Invoicing directing Federal agencies to adopt electronic invoicing as the primary means to disburse payment to vendors.
