Background The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Oregon State Office is issuing a contract for Forestry Stewardship IDIQ in Oregon. The mission of this contract is to implement integrated forest and juniper woodland stewardship activities across BLM-managed lands in Oregon. The goal is to enhance forest health, reduce wildfire risks, and create employment opportunities through effective management practices. Work Details The contractor will provide all necessary management, labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, and incidental services required to perform the following tasks: 1. Reduce the risk of high-intensity wildland fire to life, property, and natural resources on BLM-managed lands. 2. Improve forest health through stand density reduction and hazardous fuel load reduction. 3. Treat fuels by promoting the utilization of timber, biomass, and unmerchantable material. 4. Generate employment opportunities related to these activities. 5. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding fire season restrictions and safety protocols. 6.
