Background The contract is issued by the Army Enterprise Marketing Officers (FA58s) to provide professional educational training for marketing professionals within the United States Army. The goal of this contract is to build on previous training sessions conducted in 2024 and 2025, ensuring that personnel at AEMO continue to receive updated educational training that enhances their skills in marketing and behavioral economics, which are crucial for their mission. Work Details The Contractor shall provide non-personal services including all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the following tasks: 1. Build on FY25 Contract Program of Instruction by assessing the effectiveness of previous training and incorporating this into current training. 2. Deliver a total of 5 days of enterprise-level marketing training for 30 trainees per session, covering agreed-upon topics. 3. Provide both digital and physical training materials accessible to trainees before and after the sessions for at least 6 months. 4. Schedule trainers and facilities within 5 miles of AEMO HQ to minimize travel time. 5. Provide meals (breakfast and lunch) and refreshments during training days. 6. Report all contractor labor hours required for performance under this contract via a secure data collection site. Period of Performance The period of performance is set to commence on August 21, 2026. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at locations within 5 miles of AEMO HQ located at 11 West Quincy Court, Suite 310, Chicago, IL.
