The Terrebonne Parish School Board is seeking sealed bids for the provision of school uniform vouchers. The scope of work includes supplying vouchers that can be redeemed for school uniforms, in accordance with the specifications and conditions set forth by the School Board.

Background

The Terrebonne Parish School Board has partnered with Central Bidding to streamline the bid solicitation process, collect responses, and provide contractors and vendors with a secure, uniform electronic bidding system. This partnership is in accordance with R.S. 38:2212 (E).

Contract Requirements

- Bids must be submitted for school uniform vouchers as specified in the official bid documents. - All bids must be submitted electronically via Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com. - Electronic bid bonds are required for all construction projects and must be furnished where applicable. - Bidders are responsible for any fees associated with downloading bid specifications from Central Bidding.

Submission Instructions

- Sealed bids must be submitted through Central Bidding by 9:00 AM CST on May 22, 2026. - Bids received before the deadline will be publicly opened and acknowledged in the Purchasing Department at 340 St. Charles Street, Bldg. #3, Houma, LA 70360, and later reviewed by an evaluation committee. - All inquiries regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing by May 15, 2026, at 9:00 AM CST. Written responses to inquiries will be provided by May 19, 2026, at 9:00 AM CST. - Specifications and bidding conditions can be obtained by emailing the Terrebonne Parish School Board Purchasing Department at purchasing@tpsd.org. - For questions or issues related to the electronic bidding process, bidders should contact Central Bidding at (225) 810-4814.

It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure their bid is uploaded to Central Bidding prior to the deadline. The Terrebonne Parish School Board is not responsible for any failure to upload bids.
