The City of Avondale is seeking statements of qualifications (SOQ) from qualified, licensed Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firms to provide services for the Agua Fria Pedestrian Bridge project. The selected firm will be responsible for all aspects related to the construction management and risk associated with the pedestrian bridge. Background

The City is undertaking the Agua Fria Pedestrian Bridge project and is looking for experienced CMAR firms to manage and execute the construction of this important infrastructure.

Contract Requirements

Firms must be qualified and licensed to perform CMAR services. The scope includes all necessary services for the successful completion of the Agua Fria Pedestrian Bridge.
