Total asphalt tonnage for street overlay is estimated at 1,895.93 tons. 2. **Transition Milling**: Estimated at 425 linear feet for streets; edge milling estimated at 726.62 square yards; full milling estimated at 2,885.77 square yards. 3. **Micro-Surfacing**: Application of a polymer-modified emulsion binder with high-quality aggregates to retard raveling and oxidation of pavement surfaces. The micro-surfacing will be applied in single or double passes depending on existing conditions. 4. **Traffic Control**: Installation of necessary barricades and signage to ensure minimal disruption to traffic during construction activities.

Period of Performance

The contractor is required to commence work within ten (10) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed and must complete all work within 180 calendar days from that date.

Place of Performance

All work will be performed within the city limits of Neosho, Missouri.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must provide proof of compliance with Missouri prevailing wage laws and submit a performance bond if the contract amount exceeds $50,000.
